The wellbeing experience
My name is Val Davies I'm qualified in a number of therapies - Reiki, Reflexology including Oncology Reflexology, Sound Therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Mindfulness Coaching as well as being a qualified Dance Teacher. I'm a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a member of the Association of International Dance Teachers. I have a lovely log cabin therapy room where I work in Waterlooville. My passion is health and wellbeing and I hold a strong belief that looking after our energy system as well as the physiological body is vitally important to maintain our overall wellbeing. As well as my private work I also do voluntary work at my local Hospice Living Well Centre (Rowans) offering therapies to clients with life limiting illness and their carers where they keep me very busy!
